Social mobility – the ability to move up in life – is the right of every individual. But too many individuals do not have the opportunities to grow professionally.

Our aim is to mainstream social mobility by making it possible for a child anywhere in India to advance on the basis of her or his abilities. We take a multi-pronged approach. We conduct primary and secondary research, develop solutions and evaluate interventions, and progressively scale-out and scale-up the most promising programs of action.

We actively engage with social service organisations, practitioners, researchers, and policy makers, and collectively create constructive dialogues, oversee action-based projects, conduct robust evaluations of process design and impact.
