We are a growing community of researchers, social service organizations, and policy influencers united by the belief that every child in India should have a fair opportunity to discover and foster her talents and prosper on the basis of her capabilities. Every individual should rise as high as she or he is able, not held back by lack of opportunity or enabling environment.

To this end, we aim to:

• Bring together the best available knowledge and disseminate effectively to relevant stakeholders.

• Validate alternative programs of action through staged processes of piloting and evaluation and disseminate findings.

• Scale-out (horizontally) and scale-up (vertically) the validated programs of action in collaboration with government and civil society organizations.

• Convert this initiative into a people’s movement.
